Qualifications:
Male/Female
Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor degree (relevant field preferred)
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the same position (hospitality experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed, professional, and guest-oriented
Able to work in a team and under pressure
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Good English communication skills (spoken and written) is an advantage
Strong leadership skills (for supervisory and managerial positions)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure excellent guest service in accordance with Accor standards
Manage daily operations according to the assigned role and department
Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
Coordinate with team members and other departments
Handle guest requests and operational challenges professionally
