Develop and implement project control plans and strategies for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards
Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to project managers and senior management, identifying any potential issues and proposing solutions
Lead the development of project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets, and ensure their accuracy and alignment with project goals
Manage the quantity surveyor and material control process
Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans to ensure project success
Oversee project change management processes and ensure timely and accurate updates to project plans and budgets
Manage and mentor a team of project control professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project control processes are integrated and aligned with overall project objectives
Continuously review and improve project control processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project control, preferably in the mining or construction industry
Proven experiences in leading and managing team, including Quantity Surveyor and Material Control
Strong understanding of Material Management and Inventory Control, as well as Project Management principles, including cost, schedule, risk, and quality management
Experience with project control software and tools, such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage and mentor a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
