Senior Project Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project control plans and strategies for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to project managers and senior management, identifying any potential issues and proposing solutions
• Lead the development of project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets, and ensure their accuracy and alignment with project goals
• Manage the quantity surveyor and material control process
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans to ensure project success
• Oversee project change management processes and ensure timely and accurate updates to project plans and budgets
• Manage and mentor a team of project control professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project control processes are integrated and aligned with overall project objectives
• Continuously review and improve project control processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project control, preferably in the mining or construction industry
• Proven experiences in leading and managing team, including Quantity Surveyor and Material Control
• Strong understanding of Material Management and Inventory Control, as well as Project Management principles, including cost, schedule, risk, and quality management
• Experience with project control software and tools, such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage and mentor a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
