Job Description:
Prepare and manage engineering team schedules and manpower planning in coordination with supervisors
Handle administrative documentation, filing, and reporting related to engineering activities
Coordinate purchasing, payments, and vendor administration
Control inventory, stock levels, and material tracking
Support internal coordination and operational needs
Maintain cost tracking, utility data, and monthly report
Qualifications :
Min Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferably in Engineering or Administration)
Administrative experience (engineering/hospitality preferred)
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
