The Position: Reporting to the Team Lead SMART Centre, we are seeking an Operational Support Engineer to join a collaborative and dynamic team where your responsibility will be to provide technical support to clients in solution finding and problem solving any technical or performance issues within our product offering.
Our SMART centre in Balikpapan partners with our clients across the APAC region providing 24/7 support. This position will see you work with a broad range of internal and external teams, working cross functionally to resolve operational issues, analyse data to optimise performance, and contribute to operational excellence.
A dynamic role that will expand as our business grows and expands our service model, you will be encouraged and supported to continue to find opportunities to enhance our software offerings/solutions to our customer as their needs evolve and proactively identifying opportunities for Hexagon and our clients to find synergy in our solutions to their productivity demands.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate within a dynamic team environment, leveraging the latest tools and technologies that Hexagon provides, all while supporting clients across diverse mining industry sectors throughout APAC region.
