Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, an architecture and design firm based in Bali, Indonesia, specializing in creating innovative and sustainable structures that focus on using natural materials to build a variety of spaces, from homes and hotels to schools and event venues.
Job Responsibilities
Seeking a Senior Accountant to manage accounting and tax matters for a project-based business with relatively low transaction volume but high accuracy and compliance requirements.
- Manage end-to-end accounting for project-based transactions
- Handle corporate and individual tax compliance
- Assist with employee income tax (SPT) calculation and reporting
- Handle tax matters for business owners and commissioners
- Prepare financial and tax reports for management
- Coordinate international transactions where applicable
- Handle or support US tax-related matters (preferred)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accountant (Senior level)
- Experience working with an international company
- Holds valid Brevet A & B certification
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with US tax is a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a project-based environment with limited transaction volume
