About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global provider of cutting-edge technologies and innovative services.
Job Responsibilities
- Apply strong knowledge of ISO8583, HSM, and PIN encryption.
- Develop applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Apply principles of Object-Oriented Programming effectively.
- Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and apply sound data modelling practices.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.
- Document features, bug fixes, and hotfixes.
- Monitor application performance and stability.
- Collaborate closely with other developers to ensure smooth delivery.
Job Requirements
Technical Requirements
- Contribute to backend development with at least 4 years of experience.
- Work on POS solutions and IT banking systems (e.g., MiniATM, Sale, Biller, Switching, Core Banking).
- Banking knowledge (HSM, ISO8583, Middleware)
- Spring Boot Framework
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Express.js, Django, Flask, and Spring Boot
- SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis)
- GitHub, GitLab for version control
- Working knowledge of Linux environments

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Capacity to perform effectively under pressure
- Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously
