  • Implement and enforce the Project HSE Plan, OSH procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Review and approve risk assessments, method statements, lifting plans, and work permits.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety assessments, and ensure timely closure of observations.
  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor HSE performance and enforce corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations and submit reports with root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate with client, consultant, and project teams on all OSH matters.
  • Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and targeted HSE training programs.
  • Monitor key safety indicators and prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports.
  • Mentor and supervise junior safety staff to maintain consistent OSH standards across the project.
