Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Support: Partner with commercial leaders to define and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance team performance.

  • Talent Management: Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure the right talent is in place to support the growth of the commercial functions.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and align commercial teams with company values.

  • Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to implement effective performance management processes that support high performance, career growth, and talent development.

  • Leadership Development: Work with leadership to identify skills gaps and support the creation of development programs for leadership and future leaders within commercial teams.

  • Change Management: Support and lead HR initiatives related to organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions within commercial teams.

  • HR Advisory: Provide expert HR guidance and coaching to managers and employees on various HR policies, issues, and practices.

  • Data & Reporting: Use HR analytics to track trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and provide insights to improve organizational performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with strong exposure as an HR Business Partner supporting Commercial / Sales functions in an FMCG environment.

  • Proven track record in driving talent management, performance management, and leadership development in fast-paced, target-driven organizations.

  • Demonstrated capability in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate commercial strategy into practical HR solutions.

  • Analytical and structured thinker with experience leveraging HR data to support business decisions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across senior leadership.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
