Responsibilities / Tasks
Process & Project Engineering
- Support end‑to‑end project execution from sales handover to client commissioning.
- Interpret contractual and sales technical requirements.
- Prepare and review Process & Utility P&IDs, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Develop RFQs for process/utility components, instruments, valves, and equipment.
- Prepare equipment lists, utility consumption data, and process descriptions for automation.
- Support automation FAT, resolve technical gaps, and provide BOM input.
- Review and approve GA drawings, tank specifications, and supplier clarifications.
Layouts & Installation Support
- Prepare equipment layouts with the design team.
- Review 3D piping layouts, valve clusters, and installation materials.
- Provide on‑site technical support and clarifications during installation.
- Conduct installation inspections and ensure compliance with P&IDs.
Process Commissioning
- Assist in developing commissioning schedules.
- Support I/O checks, instrument calibration, and automation settings.
- Lead flushing, sequence testing, CIP commissioning, and water/product trials.
- Deliver operator training and prepare operation/commissioning documents.
- Support punch‑list closure and initial production stabilization.
Cross‑Functional Technical Support
- Support Sales with P&ID review, technical scopes, utility estimates, and performance parameters.
- Support Service teams in troubleshooting and developing process solutions.
- Contribute to process standardization initiatives.
- Guide and mentor junior process engineers in design and commissioning.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Engineering qualification in Dairy/Food Eng, Chemical Eng or Mechanical Eng
- Work experience in Dairy & Beverage Engineering companies
- Work experience of minimum 4-5 years
- Good Understanding & Knowledge on Process Engineering for Beverages and Dairy Operations
- Good understanding on components used in liquid food industries
- Understanding on Energy & Mass balancing across the process operations
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Open minded to new ideas and innovation (change champion)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communicator to present technical solutions
- Works on multiple projects/tasks if required
- Lead the project on technical side.
- Team player, self-motivated, go-getter
