Main Responsibilities

1. Conduct sales activities (offering, negotiating, and closing sales) for domestic container and project services.

2. Seek out new business opportunities and manage relationships with potential clients.

3. Coordinate customer shipment arrangements, fleet requirements, and space requirements to ensure they are met.

4. Prepare shipment administration and ensure proper documentation, especially supporting documentation for customer billing.

5. Minimize unexpected costs (JO costing differences) and contract negotiations (terms and payments).

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Shipping Company, preferably in Sales and Logistics (local & international)
• Responsible, creative, able to work individually and in a team, disciplined and have integrity in achieving set targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills
• Have a networking with Shipping Companies, Trucking and Warehouse Companies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English (is a plus poin)
