Job Responsibilities
Seeking a Marketing Manager to lead branding, marketing strategy, and content execution. This role goes beyond social media management and focuses on building and maintaining a strong brand identity, managing agencies, and driving engagement and lead generation.
Marketing Strategy, Initiatives & Research
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the studio’s vision, goals, and values
Set short-term and long-term targets for the marketing division to increase engagement and conversion
Conduct market and competitor research, including trend analysis
Support the Business Development team in identifying target markets and new project opportunities
Branding & Identity Development
Build, manage, and strengthen the company’s brand image across all touchpoints
Develop and maintain Visual Design & Brand Guidelines, ensuring consistency across all departments
Collaborate with the CEO and Operational Manager to define branding direction in short, mid, and long-term horizons
Content Creation & Social Media
Develop and execute a content marketing plan
Lead and coordinate the creative team to deliver marketing outputs on time
Write and edit captions, narratives, and written submissions for press and media purposes
Oversee company social media channels, ensuring brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
Handle social media partially, while supervising the Community Manager and execution
Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
Plan and organize events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
Oversee website performance, SEO, analytics, and reporting
Plan and manage paid ads across relevant platforms
Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, partners, and collaborators
Marketing Collateral & Assets
Maintain and update marketing materials such as portfolios, brochures, case studies, and data sheets
Develop visual assets and curate photography, renderings, press kits, and award submissions
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager
Background in branding, marketing strategy, and digital marketing
Experience managing teams and external agencies
Strong understanding of creative / design-driven industries (architecture, interior, art, or lifestyle preferred)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
