Responsible for ensuring the facilities operate at peak performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This role will oversee the physical environment — including equipment uptime, facility cleanliness, and operational compliance to ensure a seamless experience for both staff and customers. By managing the issue lifecycle from identification to technical resolution, this role will serve as the primary guardian of the brand’s operational excellence and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality & Compliance Audits: Conduct regular inspections of facilities and materials to ensure they meet internal standards and regulatory health/safety requirements.

2. Equipment Oversight: Manage the preventative maintenance schedule for all technical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational readiness.

3. Issue Management & SLA Tracking: Maintain the issue logbook, overseeing the escalation process from initial report to technician dispatch and final resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

4. Operations Checklist Management: Verify the completion of daily opening/closing and cleanliness checklists to maintain a pristine environment.

5. Vendor & Technician Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for external contractors and internal technicians, ensuring repairs are high-quality and cost-effective.

6. Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Identify recurring facility or equipment issues and implement long-term solutions to prevent future disruptions.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 2+ years in Facility Management, Quality Control, or Operations Supervision (experience in hospitality, healthcare, or premium retail is a plus).

2. Technical Literacy: Ability to understand basic facility systems (HVAC, electrical, specialized equipment) and manage digital maintenance tracking tools.

3. Problem-Solving: Proven track record of managing "Issue Logs" and holding technicians/vendors accountable to strict timelines (SLAs).

4. Detail Orientation: An uncompromising eye for cleanliness, organization, and standardized operational procedures.

5. Communication: Strong ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical staff and coordinate effectively between clinic teams and repair crews.

6. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
