Education
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customs compliance, logistics operations, or bonded zone management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment in Indonesia.
Proven exposure to dealing with DJBC (Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai) and Kawasan Berikat operations is strongly preferred.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in customs or logistics are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Customs Law (UU No. 17 Tahun 2006) and Kawasan Berikat regulations is mandatory.
Proficiency in customs declaration systems, including CEISA (Customs-Excise Information System and Automation).
Familiarity with IT inventory systems used in bonded zone reporting.
Solid understanding of import/export procedures, HS Code classification, and trade compliance documentation.
Basic proficiency in procurement and financial administration, including PR/PO processing and SOA reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Certifications
Preferably holds a PPJK license issued by DJBC.
Additional certifications in customs brokerage, supply chain management, or trade compliance are advantageous (e.g., BNSP-certified logistics competency).
