Job Description Summary

This position is a replacement of an existing role, with a primary focus on administering inbound and outbound transactions within the Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) and ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and regulations. • Bonded Zone Administration: Handles all administrative requirements related to Kawasan Berikat status, including periodic reporting, yearly stock opname, and waste/scrap disposal procedures in compliance with bonded zone rules.

  • Daily Coordination: Coordinates with BC hanggar for day-to-day customs operational matters. (Note: The role is not intended to act as a primary organizational liaison, but rather to support routine operational coordination.)

  • Training Support: Supports the delivery of customs and logistics compliance training to employees, warehouse staff, and relevant contractors to foster a culture of regulatory responsibility.

  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in customs or logistics are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills
