Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative marketing technology solutions to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth within the Consumer Banking Group
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and business stakeholders, to identify and address technology-related challenges
• Analyze data and insights to optimize the performance of marketing technology platforms and campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing technology and digital marketing
• Provide technical expertise and support to the marketing team, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of marketing technology solutions
• Continuously explore and evaluate new marketing technology tools and platforms to enhance the bank's digital capabilities

Requirements

• Have experience in a marketing technology or digital marketing role
• Strong technical skills and understanding of marketing technology platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven track record of delivering successful marketing technology projects and initiatives
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
