DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE! Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).

Responsibilities

• Manage project that have impact to cross unit and/or bank-wide which involve unit from business, operation, support unit and technology team
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Implement effective change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and best practices

Requirements

• Strong experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
