Responsibilities
- Manage project that have impact to cross unit and/or bank-wide which involve unit from business, operation, support unit and technology team
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Implement effective change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and best practices
Requirements
- Strong experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
