You will own the execution of user engagement and re-engagement campaigns across owned channels, working closely with marketing and product managers. You'll be the hands-on operator behind our MoEngage setup, running campaigns that activate new users, recover dormant ones, and reduce attrition. If you love being in the weeds of campaign execution, obsess over messaging that converts, and know your way around tools like MoEngage and WhatsApp Business, we'd love to meet you.
(Focus areas: portfolio actions on activation, average spend per account, dormant account management, attrition management and reactivation)
Be the power user of MoEngage - owning end-to-end campaign setup, scheduling, segmentation, and delivery across WhatsApp, Push, and other owned channels
Build and manage lifecycle campaigns that move users through the funnel - from activation of first-time customers, to re-engaging dormant segments, to reducing churn through timely and creative outreach
Lead execution on the Salvage & Referral program, coordinating multi-channel outreach (WhatsApp, phone calls, etc.) and testing different messaging angles to recover and retain users
Continuously improve campaign quality - better targeting, sharper copy, smarter timing - based on what the data and results are telling you
Design and run A/B tests within MoEngage to validate hypotheses before scaling campaigns
Track experiment results and translate them into clear takeaways the team can act on
Use tools like Mixpanel and Branch to monitor campaign performance and spot what's working
Use SQL and BigQuery to pull data when needed to support campaign decisions and audience segmentation
Provide reporting support on paid media and owned channel performance
Contribute to dashboarding improvements that give the marketing team clearer, faster visibility into results
2–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign execution (tech or fintech experience is a plus)
Hands-on experience with MoEngage — you should know the platform well and be comfortable owning it end-to-end
Proven experience running campaigns on WhatsApp and Push channels
Comfort with A/B testing — setting up experiments, reading results, and applying learnings
Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel and Branch
Strong bias for action — you get things done without needing a lot of hand-holding
Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-moving environment
SQL skills are a plus, but not the main thing we're hiring for
Fintech or credit product experience 💳
Deep MoEngage platform knowledge
Experience with app-based growth or lifecycle marketing
