Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of borrowers’ financial performance.
- Capable to impose appropriate measures (covenant, facility structure etc) to mitigate credit risks.
- Improve discipline in credit monitoring process.
- To work on various ad-hoc engagement to broaden exposures, engagement with various stakeholders across the bank as well as more responsibility (project management role).
- To help the bank to manage NPL and impaired assets – create healthier portfolio.
- To actively involve in credit monitoring process
- To add values in the credit application process that is led by Relationship Managers – by focusing on financial and industry analysis preparation.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree with major in business, management, accounting, or banking and finance
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit analysis or corporate banking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude.
