We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Clearing and Collection

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • To process end-to-end transactions of all Cheque-related, including Inward and Outward Cheque, Blacklist Bounce Cheque Reporting (DHN) and PDC Cheque Collection.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal procedures regulatory requirement, service quality standards, and timeliness
  • Execute daily operational task and take proactive initiative in resolving issues related to assigned responsibilities.
  • Prepare operational reports for management review.
  • Manage and resolve queries or issues raised by business units or branches in a timely and professional manner.

 

 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in administration, data entry, back-office, or other operational functions related to banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of payment products and operational processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • High level of integrity, commitment, and a result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage issues and incidents in a structure and timely manner.
  • Capable of handling work with high accuracy while maintaining effective risk controls.
  • Proficient in working with numbers and documentation related to operational processes
  • Able to handle issues and incident in a timely manner, with proper escalation to stakeholders.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Available to work from office and overtime if needed.
