Responsibilities:

1. To build and maintain engagement within the team in achieving its KPI & cost
2. To cascade issues or updates regarding digibank that is applicable to the team
3. To ensure the team to comply with compliance and other regulations
4. To create comprehensive daily sales and productivity report (including analysis or room for improvement)
5. To closely monitor and follow up each team member performance in terms of productivity
6. To escalate all issues (technical and non-technical) that occurred from the team related with customer onboarding process
7. Maintain and update knowledge on all company products and services.
8. Contribute the latest ideas for the team to expand network of community for new customers

Requirements:

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Having WPPE/WAPERD certification is a plus
3. Good understanding and knowdedge about investment and wealth product
4. Has experience in sales area
5. Have a good problem solving skill
6. Capable of operating computer and Microsoft office
