Qualification
The wellness specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing guest well being through personalizes fitness and wellness experience.
This professional is oversees the management of resort wellness area such a fitness and yoga facilities, ensuring they operate smoothly and meet high standard.
They assist guest with wellness plans, guide them in utilizing gym equipment and lead various wellness activities.
The roles encompasses responsibility such a providing information, personal training, and wellness coaching, all delivery with profesionalism and efficiency.
*Degree or certification in fitness training, yoga, pilates, holistic wellness, or a related field.
*Experience in leading and instructing Yoga sessions (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin, Restorative) is required.
*Experience in leading and instructing Aqua/Kids Yoga session is advantage.
*Experience in leading and instructing Meditation is required.
*Experience in leading and instructing Pilates sessions (mat or equipment based) is advantage
*Prior experience in luxury hospitality or wellness environments preferred.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Fluent in English (additional languaged are a plus)
*Passionate about health, wellness and delivering exceptional guest service.
