Warehouse Staff ǀ Riverside Golf Club

Description

Riverside Golf Club is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Warehouse Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the storage, inventory, and distribution of products within our warehouse to ensure that all goods are handled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, sorting, storing, delivering, and supplying processes as per SOP to maintain smooth warehouse operation.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing materials are accurate and free of damage or loss.
• Perform regular stock takes as per SOP in order to maintain data accuracy and product or material traceability.
• Record reductions and additions to stock on the stock card, replace stock cards that have run out (full), place cards next to items.
• Perform documentation and data processing as per SOP to ensure on-time data accuracy and product/material traceability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics preferred.
• Strong Cumputer skills, excellent with Microsoft Office Suite ( especially Excel & Word) for the data and reporting management.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and documentation.
• Quick to learn and adapt, proactive, and comfortable in an open-minded, fast-decision environment.
