Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans for the Consumer Banking Group, aligning with the overall organizational objectives
• Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimization of financial performance
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive business innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve customer experience
• Provide financial and analytical support to the leadership team, enabling data-driven decision-making
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and risk management

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and business optimization
• Proficient in the use of financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of finance professionals
• Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
