Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage vessel operations, including ship arrival/departure, loading–unloading activities, port movements, and operational safety.

2. Ensure the availability of port facilities, safety procedures, and compliance with quality, HSE, and company standards.

3. Plan, monitor, and control internal and external projects, including schedules, methods, quality, costs, resources, and vendors.

4. Review technical documents, work drawings, equipment selection, and value engineering opportunities to optimize project execution.

5. Manage budgets, propose procurement of equipment and spare parts, and ensure smooth maintenance activities.

6. Analyze operational and project data to improve efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.

7. Support bid preparation by contributing to technical evaluations and cost estimations in coordination with marketing.

8. Lead, develop, and supervise team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluation.

9. Ensure compliance with company regulations, work procedures, and MK3L (HSE) programs, including workplace safety and housekeeping.


General Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools (MS Project/Primavera), and engineering software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, SAP2000/ETABS).

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills with high adaptability and a positive work attitude.
