Main Responsibilities

1. Handle procurement administration processes, including preparing purchase requests, purchase orders, and maintaining procurement documentation.

2. Coordinate with internal users to understand procurement needs and ensure the availability of required goods or services.

3. Liaise with vendors/suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate basic commercial terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods or services.

4. Monitor procurement transactions and ensure all purchasing activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and applicable policies.

5. Maintain procurement records and prepare periodic procurement reports.


General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain administration (fresh graduates may be considered).

3.Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors.

4. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage procurement documentation properly.
