  • Build and scale co-marketing programs with key partners, developing channel growth initiatives and loyalty mechanisms that generate measurable commercial outcomes.

  • Drive growth of ZALORA's financial product partnerships, including credit card acquisition programs and spend activation campaigns

Brand & Advertising Revenue

  • Partner with the Commercial team to deepen brand partner relationships and grow investment into the ZALORA Advertising Platform (ZAP)

  • Lead the development and sale of advertising solutions that deliver measurable performance for brand partners while hitting advertising revenue targets

  • Oversee integrated campaign planning spanning OOH, ATL, digital, and emerging media formats

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the partnerships team, building capability and creating a high-performance culture

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, agencies, and key external stakeholders

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Marketing, CS, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership programs

Performance & Operations

  • Own partnerships KPI reporting and deliver post-campaign analyses that translate data into actionable recommendations

  • Manage the partnerships marketing budget with full accountability for spend efficiency and compliance

  • Maintain governance standards across all partnership trackers, contracts, and documentation

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or marketing, with a strong track record of closing strategic deals and delivering commercial results

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Entrepreneurial and self-directed—you lead from the front and raise the bar for the people around you
