Senior Professional, Architectural Design
WSPTo support the current new Data Center projects in Indonesia , we are seeking a highly experienced Architect to join our team and oversee the construction.
Responsibilities
Review plans and specifications according to the plan.
Collaborate with engineers, and contractors to establish project goals, strategies, and timelines
Prepare budgets, schedules, and status reports, and monitoring progress against established plans.
Analyze mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering problems and formulate solution.
Identify problems in design and delivering multiple work.
Plan, organize the review and evaluate the work of consultants
Advise the Project Manager of any technical aspects of the architectural services that may affect construction progress
Continually review the main contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of the site works regarding architectural services and report to the Project Manager.
Manage the day-to-day work of the CSA team.
Monitor and promote health and safety on the site related main contractor works.
Review of the main contractor installation method statements.
Review of the main contractor. Electrical, plumbing shop drawing with the structural engineer to ensure engineering coordination and advise the Project Manager accordingly.
Check material approval and liaise with design team and site manager
Be available to undertake off-site inspections of proposed equipment and materials as may be deemed necessary by the Project Manager.
Together with engineering team to solve site problem on design.
To review all samples and mockup and liaise with LDC and client for approval
Undertake a prior review of the main contractor proposed testing and commissioning methods and schedule. Review on the main contractor testing and commissioning results and advise the Project Manager.
Supervise the GC architectural work and timeline together with site manager. Prepare draft site instruction relating to the architectural services, as required, and issue to the Project Manager.
Provide advise to the Project Manager regarding any architectural services related to variable costs that the main contractor may claim during the works.
Review and comment on the main contractor operation and Maintenance manuals.
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Supervisor or Group Manager.
Qualifications
Architect Engineer bachelor’s degree.
Professional Certification related to skills (SKA: Madya)
At least 4 years of design experience.
Knowing about construction procedures.
Can work under pressure and in teamwork.
Have experience to handle Data Center project as Architectural Engineer.
Knowledge of mission critical equipment and systems, design process, pre-construction requirements and the construction process.
