Senior Academic Operation Student Specialist (Sparks Preschool)

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, document, and monitor student intervention cases
• Coach and support teachers in handling student learning or behavioral challenges
• Act as a key liaison with parents and external partners when needed
• Track intervention outcomes and work to reduce sustained intervention rates
• Maintain accurate case documentation and data reporting

Requirements:
• Minimum 4+ years experience in learning support, child development, Special Education, or psychology
• Strong skills in parent communication and case management
• Highly organized, data-driven, and disciplined in documentation
• Comfortable handling sensitive and complex student cases
