Role Overview:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing dynamic services to identify and resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. This role requires strong expertise in SAP Logistics Business Network, leadership skills, and the ability to manage and collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve issues within critical business systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance system functionality.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on system updates and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes.
• Monitor and report on system issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Provide solutions to complex problems and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in SAP Logistics Business Network.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Recommended Skills:

• Master proficiency in Program Project Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Ariba P2P.
