Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales
Prior exposure to chemical sales through trade or distribution channels is preferred
Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory
Willingness to travel with a proactive, go-getter mindset
Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Analytical, adaptable, and eager to learn
Responsibilities:
Create quotations or price proposals based on customer requirements.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and other conditions.
Learn and master product characteristics, functions, and usage.
Provide customers with suitable product recommendations based on their needs.
Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure repeat orders.
Handle basic product-related inquiries or complaints.
Prepare regular activity reports (CRM, Pipeline, under development, Inventory Control)
Follow up payment with customers
Coordinate with the purchasing team regarding product availability.
Work closely with the logistics team for delivery arrangements.
Receiving inquiries forwarded from the customer service mobile phone.
Providing price quotations and helping to coordinate the project.
