1. Arrange strategic research planning (Rencana Strategis Penelitian/RSP)
2. Manage the administration process and operational activities in research planning & implementation area
3. Assign reviewer to conduct the proposal review process
4. Monitor research activities by Faculty Member (FM)
5. Ensure effective administration and operations process of final report submission and other support file
6. Coordinate day-to-day operations of research grant request proposal development and submission
7. Ensure research proposal and process compliance with valid rules and regulations
8. Supervise accurate research data and update related to research grant activities
9. Evaluate research activities and validate research result in related grant proposals
10. Act as administrative resource to units in developing grants and contract proposals
11. Provide guidance and information to facilitate thorough and accurate completion/submission of all required documents
12. Supervise research grant proposal request, final Report and other required documents
13. Act as liaison between assigned units and sponsors and regulatory agencies to facilitate resolution of issues, problems and concerns
14. Develop and monitor external research grant funding usage and tracking database(s)

Management Support Activities :
o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

General Requirement :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)

Working Experience :
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Senior Staff, or 
• Minimum 4 years working experience

Special Skill :
• Administration Skill
• Analysis Skill
• Project management Skill
• Knowledge of basic Project Management
• Knowledge about information system and procedure.
• Demonstrate knowledge of grants and contracts or similarly complex documents within a university environment
