In this vital role, you will be instrumental in supporting and executing the firm's marketing growth strategy. Your efforts will enhance brand awareness, increase digital engagement, and drive business development initiatives. Accountabilities
- Manage and optimize the firm’s website, ensuring content updates and SEO best practices.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, and organic search.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure all marketing materials are on-brand and timely.
- Develop and schedule content for social media aligned with the firm’s messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams on promoting service lines and thought leadership.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics related to digital engagement.
- Support online reputation management through firm profiles and directories.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends relevant to professional services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in professional services or B2B.
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, content management systems, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience managing corporate social media platforms.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing automation or CRM systems is a plus.
