Accountabilities
- Plan, create, and manage the editorial and content distribution calendar across various channels.
- Manage organic social, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content to boost trust and conversion.
- Coordinate influencer program operations, ensuring brand safety and effective content reviews.
- Develop and pitch data-driven stories for digital PR and high-quality backlinks.
- Utilize AI for content operations, maintaining quality and brand voice.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to ensure timely and effective deliverables.
- Coordinate on-site activations with product management for consistent messaging.
- Work with lifecycle teams to integrate marketing strategies across all touchpoints.
- Support SEO initiatives by collaborating on internal linking and content updates.
- Define KPIs and measure the success of marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in owned/earned marketing channels.
- Experience working with agencies and managing creative briefs and timelines.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and content production workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in funnel analysis and dashboard usage.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in sourcing and managing influencer relationships.
- Ability to develop clear creator briefs and coach creators effectively.
