We are looking for a Jr. Brand Specialist focused on Public Relations & Crisis Management to help maintain and strengthen Sparks's Education public perception across digital and offline channels.

This role will be responsible for monitoring public sentiment, managing communication responses, handling crisis situations, and ensuring all external communication reflects Sparks’ brand values and standards.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, emotionally aware, and able to respond quickly in high-pressure situations while maintaining a warm, trustworthy, and professional communication tone toward parents and audiences.

Public Relations & Crisis Management

  1. Monitor public sentiment, reviews, and conversations across social media and digital platforms
  2. Identify potential brand risks and escalate sensitive issues internally
  3. Draft and manage responses for complaints, misunderstandings, and crisis situations
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure aligned and timely communication
  5. Support the development of crisis SOPs, response templates, and communication guidelines
  6. Maintain positive brand perception through proactive sentiment management initiatives

Brand & Communication

  1. Support the execution of brand, communication, and marketing strategies
  2. Assist in developing brand messaging, narratives, and communication direction
  3. Manage communication across digital, social media, and public-facing channels
  4. Ensure communication materials are aligned with Sparks’ tone, quality, and branding
  5. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for campaign execution
  6. Support content development including copywriting, storytelling, and communication assets
  7. Identify audience insights, communication opportunities, and improvement areas
  8. Help maintain brand guidelines, workflows, and communication standards
  9. Prepare communication reports, campaign recaps, and stakeholder updates

Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Branding, or related fields with at least 2 years experience
  2. Strong written communication and copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia
  3. Familiar with social media culture, digital community behavior, and online sentiment management
  4. Able to communicate calmly and professionally under pressure
  5. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  6. Experienced in handling community management, social media communication, or public relations is a plus
  7. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with quick turnaround situations
  8. Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and digital brand communication trends is preferred
  9. Familiarity with crisis handling, escalation management, or customer communication is a strong advantage
