Main Responsibilities

1. Provide application and technical support to Holding Company and other Business Units to ensure smooth system operations.
2. Analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into application solutions or enhancements.
3. Perform troubleshooting, testing, and monitoring of applications used across the Holding and Business Units.
4. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guidelines, and reports related to supported applications.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
 

Qualifications
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree  in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of enterprise applications, databases, and system integration.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support multiple stakeholders across different Business Units.
4. Good communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business users.
5. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
