Job Description

Design Coordination: Ensure architecture designs comply with project specs and codes; coordinate with other disciplines

Planning & Scheduling: Align architecture work with project timelines; prevent clashes in critical areas

Procurement & Tendering: Prepare technical specs from designer; evaluate contractor bids; manage procurement of key equipment

Construction Supervision: Oversee architecture installations; coordinate with contractors

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with all parties to resolve issues; align Owner-supplied materials with site execution

Testing & Commissioning: Manage defect works and completion

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, especially in brownfield/refurbishment contexts

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure regulatory compliance; maintain accurate records

Qualifications

Skills

Strong project management and coordination skills.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.

Familiarity with construction scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge

In-depth understanding of architectural works.

Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Familiarity with tendering processes and procurement strategies.

Experience

10+ years of construction experience for architecture with at least 5+ years High Rise building experience.

Experience in refurbishment or brownfield projects (added value)

Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders (GCs, consultants, vendors).
