Our Finance department is seeking a Production Controller Specialist to join our team in Wanaherang, West Java. The Production Controller Specialist is to provides analytical and operational support for production and assembly-related financial activities. .

What you'll do:

• Budget Preparation, Analysis and Utilization
• Closing Activities
• Operational Support and Business Partnering

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Excel, Power BI).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in financial controlling or production cost analysis (manufacturing industry preferred).
• Familiarity with assembly or manufacturing business processes is an advantage.
