Main Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain company facilities to ensure they are safe, functional, and well-organized.
2. Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure (e.g, AC, electricity, CCTV,).
3. Coordinate and handle maintenance and repair activities of company facilities.
4. Preparing periodic reports on facility conditions and maintenance status.
5. Supervise Office Boys (OB) & Cleaning Services (CS) to ensure service quality and cleanliness standards.
6. Manage administrative tasks related to facility services and general affairs.
7. Arrange business travel and accommodation for employees.
8. Support the execution of internal events and activities.
9. Assist in the management of official vehicles.
10. Manage asset records and manage inventory.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in Facility Services, General Affairs, or a similar role.
3. Able to manage inventory and asset records.
4. Familiar with basic procurement processes.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6. Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
7. Meticulous, neat, and possess strong administrative skills.
8. Communicative and able to coordinate with various parties.
9. Willing to be on standby/on call for urgent operational needs.
10. Placement in Balikpapan.
