We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You’ll use data-driven strategies to optimize performance, engage audiences, and maximize ROI. If you're passionate about digital marketing and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Identify and target key audiences using data-driven strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative teams to produce compelling ad assets that align with campaign goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creative elements to determine optimal strategies.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to generate actionable insights and improve campaign performance.
  • Allocate budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI for marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate within the marketing team to ensure alignment between organic and paid efforts, achieving a cohesive digital marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in managing campaigns across paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic ad platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking for campaign performance monitoring.
  • Ability to set up, track, and optimize conversion goals and event tracking.
  • Experience in A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages to optimize performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in the events industry or B2B tech marketing is a strong plus.
