People Support Intern

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate, proactive  and detail-oriented People Support Intern to join our team and support day-to-day HR Operations, General Affairs (GA), and Organizational Development (OD) initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with data, enjoys organizing things, and is excited to learn about how HR works behind the scenes.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Handle and maintain sensitivity across HR data with high confidentiality, ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Assist in preparing various HR data-related administrative and reports making sure everything is accurate and delivered on time.
• Support in analysis and visual representations of data through data-driven reports.
• Collect, update, and manage HR data, ensuring it stays accurate and well-organized.
• Regularly monitor and analyze HRGA metrics and databases to find patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Support the preparation, execution and documentation of new initiatives and projects across the HR Department.
• Proactive in identifying gaps in process and support areas in HR/GA/OD

• A fresh graduate or final-year student majoring in TI, Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
• Curious and excited to learn more about how HR/GA/OD works.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (especially GSheet, GDocs, and GSlide) to get things done.
• Enjoy working with numbers and data, and can spot trends or errors easily.
• Able to translate complex data into actionable ideas that help improve processes or solve problems.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing track.
• Good communicator — you know how to express ideas clearly, both in writing and in conversations.
• Proactive and self-driven — you don’t wait to be told what to do; you take initiative.
