Operations Support Executive

Job Description

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently and orderly.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks, reporting discrepancies, and maintaining updated records.
• Coordinate shipments with transport partners and ensure timely deliveries with proper documentation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and records in compliance with company procedures.
• Enforce safety protocols and support regular maintenance and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work closely with related departments and support warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
