Our client is a high-end liveaboard dive and spa operation based in Bali, operating in Indonesian waters and catering to international guests at the top end of the luxury market. They are currently seeking a Logistics & Guest Experience Coordinator to oversee procurement, stock management, and operational systems, while also ensuring consistency in guest-facing products and service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations of Food & Beverage or Housekeeping within a hospitality brand in Bali.
- Proven experience in improving or building operational systems and processes.
- Comfortable working with tracking systems, inventory tools, and operational reporting
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, at a professional level
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to details
- Proven leadership skills with training experiences for hospitality operations
- Ability to coordinate across departments and support both on‑board and shore‑based teams
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Available to work from the Denpasar office Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Supply Management
- Coordinate procurement and replenishment of all operational supplies (F&B, housekeeping, bar, spa, uniforms, and guest consumables)

Define and maintain minimum stock levels and reorder schedules

Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery

Minimize last-minute purchases and emergency logistics
Stock Systems & Process
- Build and maintain practical systems for stock tracking and ordering cycles

Establish clear ownership of stock responsibilities onboard

Prepare regular stock reports for management review
Service Standards & SOP Development
- Identify recurring service gaps across departments (housekeeping, kitchen, bar, spa)

Translate operational issues into clear SOPs, checklists, and workflow improvements

Work closely with operational teams to ensure execution aligns with company standards
Guest Experience & Product Coordination
- Oversee all guest-facing operational items (uniforms, towels, soft furnishings, equipment)

Ensure consistency, durability, and quality of all items across operations

Plan replacement cycles and maintain overall product standards
Reporting & Communication
- Provide structured weekly updates to senior management

Proactively flag operational issues with clear recommended solutions
