Medical Doctor Officer

Responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with the regulatory as well as maintaining the compliance for teleconsultation product to maintain QC, Procedure, and Legal Documents.

1. Maintain and strengthen relationships with regulatory related to telemedicine operations.
2. Ensure teleconsultation services comply with applicable regulations, SOP, and internal policies.
3. Oversee QC process and review consultation records to ensure clinical quality and documentation completeness.
4. Monitor doctors’ performance based on quality indicators and patient feedback.
5. Provide structured performance feedback and recommend corrective actions when needed.
6. Ensure completeness and validity of regulatory and legal documents related to teleconsultation services.
7. Identify compliance risks and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
8. Prepare periodic compliance and governance reports to management.
