We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Site Logistic to support construction project operations at AMODA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials and equipment at the project site, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, timely material availability, and proper logistical administration. You will work closely with site teams, warehouse, and external/ internal stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations and uninterrupted project execution.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing daily site logistics operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and equipment at the project site.
- Performing regular stock and material counts (daily, weekly, and monthly) and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Receiving and inspecting incoming materials to ensure accuracy in quantity, quality, and documentation.
- Ensuring the availability of materials for construction activities by maintaining minimum stock levels at the site.
- Recording and monitoring material usage to prevent shortages, overstock, or misuse.
- Preparing and submitting material requests or purchase requisitions based on site needs and consumption.
- Coordinating with warehouse, suppliers, and site teams regarding material delivery schedules.
- Maintaining proper documentation for incoming and outgoing materials, including delivery notes and site records.
- Preparing regular reports related to material usage, stock status, and logistical issues at the site.
- Supporting administrative and logistical needs of the site team to ensure smooth daily operations including mess of werker, foods and drink, clean water, electricity, internet and transportation to/from mess - SIte work. .
- Convey update photos relevant to progress of the Project under coordination with Project Administrator
Requirements- Diploma (D3) or equivalent; educational background in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in site logistics, warehouse administration, or a similar role within construction or project-based environments.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and material tracking processes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and related stakeholders.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Willing to work fully on-site at the assigned project location.
