Job Overview:

We are looking for Human Resources Generalist (HR Generalist) to support the business and employees across the employee lifecycle. This role provides day to day HR operational support, covering onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, HR operations, and reporting.



Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Operate within established guidelines, exercising sound judgment to address moderately complex issues and resolve them through prompt action.
  • Provide timely, accurate advice and guidance on general HR inquiries, including policies, processes, employee relations, and benefits.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in compliance with company policies, local laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage end to end onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions, exit interviews, and updating relevant systems.
  • Oversee compensation processes such as salary reviews and promotions and support annual programs including the merit review cycle.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on global initiatives.
  • Maintain HR systems and related platforms as required.
  • Generate monthly and ad hoc HR reports by compiling, analyzing, and visualizing data.
  • Recommend process improvements and innovations to enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
     


Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not essential.
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role.
  • A good understanding of HR principles and practices. 
  • Experience with HR Systems e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft etc.    
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build good relationships. 
  • Capability to apply discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
