Responsibilities
- Support business leaders in managing end-to-end HR cycles by applying strong knowledge of core HR functions, HRIS, HR data reporting, and capability development planning.
- Handle employee relations matters with a solid understanding of compliance, providing objective and data-driven recommendations for resolutions.
- Monitor HR metrics, headcount, and workforce productivity to support business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Strong understanding of core HR functions: performance management, talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and basic C&B.
- Experience supporting leaders in HR processes such as goal setting, performance review, and talent development.
- Proficient in HRIS and HR data reporting
