Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Public Policy, or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Experiences:
Minimum 5-8 years in strategic roles, consulting, corporate planning, and executive support.
Experience working directly with C-level executives.
Exposure to cross-border or regional operations is a plus.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
1. Long-Term Corporate Planning
Support CEO in planning the company’s vision and strategic direction.
Develop and support the company’s short-to- long-terms strategic execution.
Monitor and review internal & external (geo-political, macro-economic & industry development) to articulate strategic implications and priorities in assigned areas.
2. Manages CEO Office
Provide strategic analysis and data-driven recommendations
Prepare strategic communications for shareholders, board of directors, and business partners.
Working closely with internal executives to translate strategies into business imperatives.
Support the CEO in engagements with regulators, media, and business communities.
3. Project Management
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to key strategies.
