JOB SUMMARY

Areas of responsibility include Food & Beverage Marketing, Restaurants/Bars, and Room Service (if applicable). Responsible for planning, developing, and executing F&B marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborates with restaurant and bar operations to ensure promotional campaigns are effective and aligned with Aloft’s brand identity. Monitors market trends, manages digital content, and maintains Aloft’s creative and innovative communication standards.

 
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; 2 years of experience in F&B marketing, hospitality, or hotel industry. OR
  • Diploma or professional certification in Marketing/Hospitality; 4 years of experience in F&B marketing or hospitality.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Assisting in Management of Marketing Team
  • Handles team questions and concerns.
  • Monitors team performance to ensure campaign goals are met.
  • Provides feedback based on campaign results and engagement metrics.
  • Assists in supervising daily marketing operations.
  • Participates in departmental meetings by communicating clear strategies and objectives.
Conducting Day-to-Day Marketing Operations
  • Develops and executes promotional campaigns for restaurants, bars, and room service.
  • Coordinates with Chef and Restaurant Manager to align promotions with menu offerings and product quality.
  • Ensures all promotional materials meet Aloft brand standards.
  • Manages marketing budgets to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepares campaign performance reports and ROI analysis.
  • Oversees social media and digital marketing activities.
Providing Exceptional Customer Engagement
  • Interacts with guests through social media and events to gather feedback.
  • Ensures marketing strategies support positive guest experiences.
  • Encourages the team to deliver creative, brand-aligned service.
  • Handles guest concerns related to promotions or marketing communications.
  • Sets a positive example in guest relations.
  • Reviews guest satisfaction surveys and feedback related to F&B promotions.
Conducting Human Resource Activities
  • Supervises ongoing training initiatives for the marketing team.
  • Utilizes digital tools for employee development.
  • Communicates performance expectations clearly.
  • Provides coaching and counseling on a continuous basis.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provides information to supervisors, colleagues, and subordinates via phone, email, or in person.
  • Analyzes market data and campaign results to identify solutions and improvements.
  • Supports restaurant/bar operations during events or peak periods.
  • Identifies product and presentation trends relevant to target markets.
  • Assists in supervising daily shift operations when required.
