About the Role
The Facility Management Staff is responsible for the oversight of physical assets and the execution of new center fit-outs. This dual-purpose role involves managing the lifecycle of a facility—from supervising contractors during the construction/renovation phase to ensuring ongoing maintenance (AC, electricity, plumbing, and branding) once the center is operational.
What You’ll Do
-
Project Supervision: Oversee the fit-out process for new learning centers, ensuring contractors adhere to floor plans, timelines, and the Seven Retail Group’s design standards.
-
Vendor & Contractor Management: Source and manage relationships with interior designers, contractors, and handymen. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
-
Preventive Maintenance: Create and execute a scheduled maintenance calendar for all active centers to ensure zero downtime in operations (e.g., HVAC servicing, lighting, and safety checks).
-
Budget Control: Monitor project expenditures and maintenance costs. Review quotations and ensure all works are completed within the approved budget.
-
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all facilities comply with local building regulations and health and safety standards (K3), specifically focusing on child-friendly environments.
-
Emergency Response: Act as the primary point of contact for urgent facility issues, coordinating swift repairs to minimize disruption to classes.
