Expansion and Facility Management

We are looking for an Expansion & Facility Management to support the growth of Sparks Swim across multiple branches. This role focuses on ensuring every location is ready to operate, with well-maintained swimming pool facilities that are safe, clean, and fully functional for kids.

What You’ll Do

• Support new branch openings and ensure all facilities are ready before launch
• Manage and monitor swimming pool facilities (cleanliness, water quality, filtration system, safety)
• Ensure all teaching equipment and pool tools are complete and in good condition
• Conduct regular site visits to check facility conditions and identify issues
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors or internal teams
• Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and other teams for smooth execution
• Keep simple and clear reports on facility condition and branch readiness
• Ensure all branches meet Sparks Swim standards consistently

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1-3 years of experience in facilities, operations, or expansion
• Detail-oriented, especially in maintaining pool cleanliness and safety
• Hands-on and proactive in solving problems
• Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Willing to travel to different branch locations
