Plan and manage daily engineering operations, including preparing work programs, supervising staff, and ensuring optimal team performance
Inspect, maintain, and repair hotel systems and equipment (kitchen, laundry, HVAC, mechanical, piping, and plumbing) to ensure safe and efficient operation
Monitor and control equipment condition and material usage, reporting defects promptly and maintaining accurate maintenance records and log books
Lead, manage, and develop engineering staff, ensuring punctual attendance, proper appearance, effective teamwork, and participation in training programs
Ensure workplace safety and operational continuity, responding immediately to system defects to prevent guest complaints and service interruptions
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Having minimal 1 year as an Engineering Supervisor at 5 star Hotel
Computer literate
Strong technical and leadership capabilities, with solid engineering knowledge (Electrical, Kitchen & Laundry equipment, HVAC, preventive maintenance), proven team management skills, and effective planning and problem-solving abilities.
Professional and service-oriented, demonstrating excellent communication, attention to detail, positive attitude, proper grooming, flexibility, and the ability to perform well under pressure while delivering high-quality customer service.
